| Come and enjoy the BEST small event in the State of SC on April 2 - 3, 2005. Camp on the banks of the Great Pee Dee river where Confederates and the Union Army camp. Activities kick off Saturday morning with the march through the town of Cheraw. Then there's the battle at 2 PM and then the catered supper (we are down South). Then all reenactors are invited to take part in the BEST lantern tour in the South. The tour will sell out early Saturday morning. Sunday is always special with a period Church service at St. David's Historic Parrish with a good old time sermon and music. The activities wrap up with the battle Sunday afternoon.
