| Aid stations: Several Fully Stocked Roving Aid Stations and aid put out. . Aid should be no problem but a bottle is suggested as it will be hot and humid as alway | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Course: One Hilly loop in NC and SC. Many hills . No traffic control. No course monitors.. All turns and miles are painted in the road. Signs are posted at each turn. No one has never got lost on the course in its 14 year history. One runner did take a long deto | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Notes:Last year we had fun and had a great party afterwards. After finishers received their Finisher Awards they were treated to soda, beer, and pizza. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
