Registration Fee: $40 Registration Deadline is July 10, 2009 as I will be making plaques for all
finishers.
Park Fee: Included in entry fee
Aid: Gatorade , Coke and Water for the serious runner.
Awards: Team Slug T-Shirts or Landsford T's for all finishers. Note: Only finishers are entitled to a
Team Slug Ultra Shirt. It is a National honor to be able to wear one of these famous black shirts.
Time Limit: Park Closes at 6:00 PM
Course: A 4.25 mile loop with 1.5 miles along the old Historic Landsford Canal, c. 1825 and the
beautiful pristine Catawba River. The ford was part of the Great Indian Trail and where a wing of
Sherman's Army crossed. Great for family as the location is beautiful.
